CAT A Mechanic
Luton

MUST HAVE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK - NO SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED
Assist with aircraft maintenance and, where applicable, certify tasks within the limitations of your company ‘A’ approval, whilst complying with all Health & Safety regulations,internal processes and procedures.
The successful candidate will be actively involved in both line and base maintenance and may be expected to work away from base on occasion.
Hours of work
4 on 4 off shift pattern working 12 hour days
The standard shift is 11 ½ hours, plus a 30-minute unpaid break.
Requirements
Will hold a full EASA or equivalent A licence (Class 2 aircraft/avionics technician if military )
Ideally will have experience with Business Jets
Must have excellent written, oral communication and administrative skills and be IT literate (Word / Excel / MS Teams).
A full UK driving license is essential, as is holding the right to live and work in the UK.
5 year checkable history in order to obtain an airport ID pass.
Salary and Benefits
Remuneration -Up to £44,196 per annum ( with CAT A Licence )plus £2,500 per annum shift allowance. Lower starting salary if in possession of Military equivalent
