Our well-established client is looking for a bright person to join the firm's accounts department as Accounts Administrator/Junior Legal Cashier.
The Accounts Administrator/Jnr Legal Cashier’s role is to support the Accounts Department in ensuring the prompt and efficient processing of all transactions in accordance with internal control(s), the SRA Solicitors Accounts Rules, and the Firm’s current AML Policy.
This will require contact/liaison with internal and external sources throughout the day. Previous experience is an advantage, but training will be given. The role would suit an individual seeking a career path in Legal Accounting and offers a training package (details available on request).

* Working knowledge of SOS accounting system and Visualfiles (Training will be provided)
* Working knowledge of Barclays.net online banking system (Training will be provided)
* Ability to adapt and respond to changes
* Shows initiative
* Ability to oversee team members' work/provide support when required, especially with regard to the SAR’s
