Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results:driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our Health and Safety and HR team within commercial sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the challenges faced by businesses in maintaining workplace safety and compliance, and the ability to offer tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and close deals with businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
* Research and identify potential commercial clients in need of health and safety
and HR services (e.g., risk assessments, safety training, compliance audits, HR outsourcing).
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, email
campaigns, and attending industry events.
* Qualify leads by understanding client pain points, business challenges, and
health and safety needs.
Client Consultation and Needs Assessment:
* Engage with potential clients to understand their specific health, safety, and HR
challenges, including compliance with industry regulations
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor services that address the clients
specific requirements, ensuring comprehensive safety and HR solutions.
* Build relationships with key decision:makers within organizations (HR Directors,
Operations Managers, Safety Officers, etc.).
Presenting Solutions:
* Present customized health and safety and HR service packages to clients,
highlighting the benefits and ROI of the services.
* Clearly explain service offerings such as policies, documents, employee
training, risk assessments, compliance audits, and HR support, and how they meet the clients needs.
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, product demonstrations, and
presentations to close sales.
Closing Sales:
* Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, within set parameters, ensuring
alignment with their budgets and business goals.
* Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, handling
* objections, and facilitating smooth deal closures.
* Ensure the timely and accurate completion of contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation.
Post:Sales Support and Relationship Management:
* Provide ongoing support and follow:up after the sale to ensure customer
satisfaction and service delivery.
* Maintain long:term relationships with clients, seeking opportunities for upselling
* or cross:selling additional services.
* Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and resolve any
service:related issues promptly.
