Contract: Full Time, All Year Round (Hybrid working)
Salary: Grade F - £38,419 - £40,989

What we are looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Deputy Head of Health and Safety. In this role, you will support the Head of Health and Safety in developing and implementing robust Health and Safety processes across our Federation, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.
As our Deputy Head of Health and Safety, you will act as a Competent Health and Safety Advisor enhancing our current practices. You will also contribute to strategic planning that supports our commitment to excellence. Your expertise will be pivotal in the team delivers measurable improvements, reducing risks, and optimising service delivery to our staff and students.
As Deputy Head of Health and Safety, you will work alongside the Head of Health and Safety in championing a culture of coaching for compliance, empowering our teams to adhere to the highest standards of safety.
This opportunity is offered on a hybrid basis with a mixture of home working, attending meetings at our head office in Kingswood, Bristol as well as visiting a number of our academies across the South West.
