WHO WE ARE
Triangle HR is an independent HR consultancy with a big heart and even bigger ambitions. Supporting businesses across Shropshire, the Midlands and beyond, we provide flexible, expert HR solutions with a personal touch. Every day brings variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real difference to the clients we support.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially minded HR Consultant to deliver expert advice across a range of sectors. If you thrive on variety, love solving problems, and want to build meaningful relationships with clients – this role is for you. You’ll work directly with the Managing Director and take ownership of a varied caseload. Your day-to-day could include:
Developing contracts, policies and procedures
Managing complex employee relations cases
Designing and delivering engaging training sessions
Supporting internal projects and marketing activities
Representing us at business events
Working with our strategic partners
Leading or contributing to team initiatives
This is an office-based role that supports team collaboration but involves regular travel to client site (most of which is within the local region), with some flexibility for occasional remote working. Access to a suitable vehicle and a willingness to travel is therefore essential.
ABOUT YOU
You’re an excellent communicator who builds trust with ease – warm, confident, and professional. You can juggle competing demands, think on your feet, and always deliver on your promises.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment
Understands employment law and current HR best practices
Is confident designing and delivering training
Is CIPD qualified, or willing to work towards it
Values collaboration, continuous learning and client confidentiality
If you’re looking for a meaningful role where your voice is heard, your ideas are valued, and your growth is supported – we’d love to hear from you
