About the Role
As the Associate Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of RTT®. You will lead and mentor a team of 30+ sales representatives, setting the strategic direction, optimizing performance, and driving revenue growth. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will work closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to shape and execute a sales strategy aligned with our mission to create lasting transformations in people's lives.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire: Manage a sales team of 30+ reps, providing guidance, tools, and support to exceed performance metrics.
Strategy and execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Target setting: Establish sales targets and performance goals, reviewing progress regularly and adjusting tactics as necessary.
Training and development: Implement comprehensive sales training programs focused on product knowledge, selling techniques, and client relationship management.
Performance monitoring: Analyze individual and team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for development.
Cross-department collaboration: Work with marketing and other departments to align sales initiatives with brand strategy.
CRM and analytics: Utilize CRM tools to track activities, performance, and client interactions, providing leadership with sales insights and growth opportunities.
Process improvement: Continuously improve sales processes, reducing lead-to-close time and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Foster a positive sales culture: Promote teamwork, accountability, and a results-driven environment.
About You
8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of managing and growing large sales teams (20+ reps).
Experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in personal development, coaching, or health and wellness industries.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a strong, values-driven team.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel) and sales tracking systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and strategy.
Ability to collaborate across departments and contribute to broader company goals.
Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
