OA are currently working with a well-established organisation based in Welwyn Garden City. We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing business on a permanent basis.
* 5 days per week, 8.30am - 5pm
* £24,000
* Permanent opportunity
* Hybrid working after training – 2 days in the office
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Free on-site parking
Customer Service Administrator - Main Duties:
* Handle customer & supplier queries via phone and email
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers
* Updating all relevant information on the database
* Validating bills
* Reviewing reports
* Opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc projects
Customer Service Administrator - Skills and Experience:
* Previous Customer Service or Administration experience
* Strong maths skills
* Customer-focused, fantastic communication skills written and verbal
* Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
* Able to work within deadlines
* Good Excel skills
