Job Title: Band 6 Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist - Hand Therapist

What you will do:
1. Work autonomously to provide specialized patient assessments and formulate specialist therapy management plans.
2. Contribute to the planning and delivery of the Hand Therapy service, ensuring high-quality care for diverse hand-related conditions.
3. Supervise and support less experienced Hand Therapy staff, assistants, and students.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and service quality.
5. Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and HCPC guidelines.
Requirements:
1. HCPC registration is essential.
2. A minimum of two years' experience in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy, with a focus on hand therapy, is required.
3. A car driver is preferable but not essential, as you may work across multiple sites.
