Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities
* Tailored Student Support: Provide one-on-one and small-group assistance to SEN students, supporting their engagement with the curriculum and promoting skill development.
* IEP Implementation: Work closely with teachers to implement and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring each student's specific needs are met.
* Positive Behaviour Encouragement: Foster constructive behaviour and help students develop their social skills, creating a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
* Tracking and Reporting: Monitor student progress, maintaining records and sharing updates with teachers and parents to aid individual development.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Previous experience in special education is advantageous, but we welcome applications from individuals passionate about helping children succeed.
* Skills: Excellent communication, patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to working with students.
* Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English proficiency is preferred, though not essential.
