This role offers the flexibility to work around the candidate’s schedule, with a flexible pay rate based on their experience.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on people data.
* Good understanding of GDPR and data protection.
* Previous involvement in the implementation of People / HR systems.
* Experience of using HR systems, extracting and analysing people and payroll data.
* Highly experienced Excel user with skills including formulas, pivot tables, power pivots, VLOOKUP, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of the new people system by analysing and inputting data.
* Run and manage regular reports to provide insights into people data.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data cleaning and validation.
* Collaborate with People and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
* Utilise Excel to create complex data models, pivot tables, and visualisations.
* Identify trends and patterns in people data to support strategic initiatives.
* Undertake complex analysis of colleague data producing periodic reports.
* Undertake specific analysis and reporting including Gender, Ethnicity, Disability on a quarterly/annual basis as required.
* Manage the People data inbox: responding to queries in a timely manner and prioritising requests.
