Your role will involve:
* Providing a nurturing environment for our young people in which their physical and emotional needs are met
* Creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes emotional well-being.
* Engaging in recreational activities and educational programs to promote the children's development.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Developing individualized care plans based on each child's unique needs.
* Collaborating with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure holistic care

Experience and Qualifications required:
* At least 1 year’s relevant professional experience working with young people in a residential setting
* A Level 4 Diploma in Children & Young People Practitioner (or equivalent) or be close to completing it

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work as part of a team.
* Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
* A full clean manual driving licence held for at least 1 year
