The Assistant Director for Strategy and Transformation role is now available following the promotion of the current postholder to our newly created post of Director of Transformation. This is part of an exciting new directorate at the forefront of innovative solutions and strategic change.
Main Responsibilities
As our Assistant Director for Strategy and Transformation, you will serve as our chief strategy officer, advising our Leader and Chief Executive on where to take the council and the county next in order to build on our success.
With direct responsibility for Strategy, Strategic Policy & Partnerships, Strategic Delivery, Corporate Insight, Change and Digital, and our exciting journey of the Staffordshire Centre of Data Analytics, you will lead a broad multidisciplinary team.
Using the resources at your disposal, you will ensure that Staffordshire is at the forefront of change, helping us to deliver better outcomes for our residents and businesses.
