What We’re Looking For: Experience with challenging behaviour is preferred but not essential – candidates with a passion for working with children and an understanding of challenging behaviour are encouraged to apply. Strong classroom management skills or a willingness to learn. A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching. A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
