Town Centre Cleaner
Salary: £25,925.90 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 hour shifts - 08.00 to 20.00
Location: East Kent Waste Partnership, Ross Way, Military Road, Folkestone, Kent CT20 3SP

What you'll be doing;
* Maintain and clean public areas including cleansing of streets, channels, footpaths, alleys, subways, under and around street furniture using equipment supplied
* Perform duties in an efficient & effective manner that will ensure maximum productivity
* To accurately complete appropriate forms/paperwork or electronic tablet allocated work
* Comply with any site conditions ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed and appropriate Veolia PPE is worn at all times
* To work or on your own initiative on a 4 on 4 off Town Centre Cleaner shift pattern
* Report locations of any fly tipping, graffiti, fly posting as well as damaged/missing litter bins
* Report any accidents that occur during your shift to the manager and all accident reports are completed before you leave work
* Full training will be provided and will be working mainly outside in all weathers
What we're looking for;
* Experience in a similar environment would be preferred although full training will be given
* Experience of working as part of a team with good communication skills at all levels is necessary
* Basic understanding of Health & Safety at work
* Full driving licence Category B is preferrable
