Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Site Leader to join the Engineering Training department. Within this job role, we are looking for someone who will support the training manager and provide site level leadership to ensure all training courses are carried out to highest standards that we already maintain to the company. Support the Training Manager/Training Lead in managing the local training programmed for Prestwick Maintenance Facilities. Manage the local team of Technical Training Instructors to ensure demand is supported in a structured and timely manner. Ensuring all Technical Training is prepared and delivered in compliance with EASA Part-145 regulations, where applicable. Provide oversight, liaison, and support of the RYR AMC programmed. Develop instructor materials (course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) at the request of the training manager Fully able to maintain and develop the local training centre for further learning enhancements across all levels of training Strong capability to demonstrate a" hands on" attitude Strong organizational skills and the ability to build and deliver effective training programmed to meet the above-mentioned training requirements Clear communication (written & oral) and presentation skills.
