Project Planning Manager - Construction
Location: Cheltenham / Gloucester
Salary: to £50k neg dep exp + benefits
Our client has been established for more than 30 years and is a global market leader in the provision of high-quality infrastructure solutions. Due to continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth for 2025, they are now seeking to recruit an organised and experienced Project Planning Manager to oversee all aspects of proactive planning and delivery of multiple build projects while maintaining the highest levels of quality, customer service, and satisfaction provided by the refurbishment division.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation, planning, and logistics of temporary build solutions.
2. Ensure solutions are planned effectively and meet high-quality standards.
3. Comply fully with industry regulations and meet pressurised timescales and deadlines.
4. Maintain budget constraints while managing multiple projects.
Qualifications:
1. Considerable experience in planning, project, and people management, ideally in the construction industry.
2. Experience in modular construction is advantageous.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Effective communication skills to engage with customers, suppliers, and tradespeople.
5. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
6. Proficient in project management software and tools.
7. Comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
8. A full clean UK driving licence is essential for site travel.
