Working alongside clinical teams and infection control, housekeeping teams ensure the cleanliness of the Trusts estate in accordance with national standards and the Trusts strategic cleaning plan. You will be responsible for delivering a fully comprehensive and professional cleaning service, to meet NHS standard of cleanliness and other housekeeping duties in accordance with schedules and procedures and will work within local community hospitals/other inpatient settings/health centres/clinics and administration areas. You will also be required to relay information that may impact on other clinical/non-clinical services. The role will provide you with variety as no two days are the same. In return, you will receive full support, training, and guidance to enable you to undertake a range of cleaning duties to include, general cleaning tasks (bathrooms, kitchens, wards, clinics, theatres, office areas, etc.) as well as specialised cleaning processes to include machines, with some specific tasks being tailored to the needs of a particular service and around patient care.

We currently have a permanent part time housekeeping / cleaning vacancy at Kidderminster Health Centre working 15 hours per week mornings 6.00-9.00. We have supportive and passionate teams, and you will receive full training to ensure you can succeed in this role.
