NLC4 - £23, - £25, Per year
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable individual to join our team in delivering high standards of customer care to the local community. The support team provide a range of administrative support to the community facilities team and administer bookings within both community facilities and the school estate.
The main duties of the post will include reception duties, word processing, maintenance of computerised databases, processing incoming and outgoing mail, dealing with telephone enquiries, facilities bookings and enquiries, filing and photocopying.
You should be educated to SVQ2 level or equivalent and should have good communication and customer care skills. Moderate experience of working in an office environment is essential along with the ability to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team. You should have excellent keyboard skills and experience of using Microsoft Office computer applications.
Working Pattern
1. Monday - Thursday: 8:45am - 4:45pm (including a 55-minute unpaid break)
2. Friday: 8:45am - 4:15pm (including a 50-minute unpaid break)
