We’re looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join Gatehouse Veterinary Group in Allerton on an 8-month fixed-term basis. We can offer a well-balanced caseload between surgery and medicine. If you are a passionate vet surgeon and would like the opportunity to work up your own caseload plus be able to carry out many of the procedures in-house, this could be the perfect role for you. This role is expected to last around 6 months between November 2024 and June 2025. The standard full-time rota consists of working 40 hours a week over 4 days.
About Gatehouse
We are a busy, well-established veterinary practice located in the West of Yorkshire, a short drive away from the Yorkshire Dales and Bronte Country. We are closely located to good travel networks and links and also pride ourselves on our excellent teamwork and inpatient care. We have 3 sites across West Yorkshire, all well equipped with ultrasound, endoscope, x-ray equipment, and dental suites. We are a gold standard ISFM certified cat-friendly practice with a silver certificate for rabbits and have been rated outstanding in several practice standards scheme awards. Our caseload is very varied, and our team has lots of different interests.
