Carter House Day Service in Congleton are looking to recruit 2 x 24 hours permanent Community Support Workers to join their day service team. We provide support to Adults who have a learning disability, physical disability, and Autism in the local community in Congleton.
Experience is desirable, however if you have the necessary qualities required for this role, a caring, friendly & positive approach then we would welcome your application.
Full Induction & training will be given to the successful applicants.

This role will require you to work with vulnerable people in a day centre setting within the local community. You will work in a person-centred way alongside multi-disciplinary agencies to provide the best outcomes for the individual. You can expect to face new challenges and unexpected situations every day. Experience in social care is desirable but not essential however you are expected to be flexible to meet the changing needs of the people we support and the service.
