We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for an Documents Coordinator to join our growing Team here at Holman UK. This role will be based out of our HQ in Chippenham with the opportunity for hybrid working.
This is a temporary opportunity, expected to be for 12 months and we are looking to pay £26,000.00.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To chase Garage network for missing compliance documents via phone and email
* To check documents received to ensure completion to the correct standard (e.g. right dates, signed, all elements actioned)
* To check required online systems for a variety of document types
* To provide administrative support to upload documents into our online portal to enable customer access
* To manage inbox queries from customers regarding missing documents
* To produce periodical reports concerning document arrival.
* Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* A good level of education with sound administrative skills and good written communication, with good levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Must be adept in the use of a PC, internet and email and able to grasp new software applications easily and quickly. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to an intermediate level
* Experience of working within a customer service related role is essential
* Experience of working within a pressurized environment, with the ability to remain calm and professional but be firm in difficult situations
* Experience in the motor industry is desirable, but not essential
* Ability to prioritize and manage own workload and proven experience of working to tight deadlines and strict KPI’s
* A positive, confident and approachable communication style, with the ability to adapt to accommodate customers, colleagues, suppliers and other contacts
* Excellent questioning and listening skills with an ability to assimilate accurate information
* Consistently professional telephone manner when dealing with internal and external calls
