Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in the delivery of lessons across multiple subjects (Maths, English, Science, etc.).
* Work with small groups or individual students, providing tailored support to help them reach their full potential.
* Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and behaviour management to create a positive learning environment.
* Help with the assessment of student work, providing feedback to help students improve their academic performance.
* Take on a range of support roles, including mentoring, tutoring, and providing 1:1 assistance for students with specific learning needs or barriers to learning.
* Assist with extracurricular activities, including clubs, after-school sessions, or revision classes.
Minimum Requirements:
* A recent graduate in any subject (education, psychology, humanities, social sciences, maths, or science preferred).
* A genuine desire to work with young people and help them achieve academic success.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of teaching and learning styles.
* A patient and empathetic approach, especially when working with students who need extra support.
* Previous experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, sports coaching, volunteering) is an advantage but not essential.
