We are looking for a dedicated HR and Reward Partner to join our team on a fixed term contract, to the end of December 2025. Job Description: The HR and Reward Partner will work closely with all areas of the wider People team to deliver effective and evidence-based HR solutions. You will support and enable the organization to achieve its people strategy and vision, focusing on cultivating a positive workplace by implementing HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall productivity. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR Insights and HR Business Partners to create and design solutions for our people-focused initiatives. Break down and prioritize People challenges into actionable plans, managing timelines and budgets to support the People strategy. Utilize research and analysis from HR Insights to produce People initiatives and inform decision-making processes. Provide proactive support and coaching to leaders, fostering engaging leadership and contributing to a high-performing, inclusive work environment. Facilitate change management processes and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders. Assist in designing and delivering programs related to People projects. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the People team. Participate in internal process and policy reviews. Develop and implement innovative People service delivery methods, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance the People function. Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPD member (level 5) or other relevant membership of a professional body. Experience in HR business partnering or similar roles where strategic alignment with business goals is key. Proven experience in leading and managing HR projects from inception to completion. Experience in facilitating change management processes and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Experience in conducting research and analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making. Experience in designing and delivering HR programs and initiatives. Experience in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within HR teams.
