Talent Sourcing Specialist / Headhunter
Are you an enthusiastic, competitive individual with a passion for recruitment? Join our fast-paced, sales-driven environment as a Talent Sourcing Speciality/Headhunter/Searcher. Your main responsibility will be searching for and headhunting top candidates, with a focus on LinkedIn. You’ll thrive in an energetic office setting, signing off candidates, and handling CRM & Compliance admin tasks to ensure smooth operations. Your primary goal will be to find the best talent, helping our recruitment process run efficiently and successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting LinkedIn & Job Board searches to find suitable candidates
* Headhunting activities and networking
* Signing off candidates after evaluating their skills and fit for the role
* Managing CRM admin, ensuring data is up-to-date and well-organised
* Collaborating closely with the team to meet recruitment targets
* Maintaining a proactive, high-energy approach to all tasks
Key Qualities:
* Present a professional image
* Strong sales instincts with the ability to influence and engage
* Fantastic telephone manner
* Ability to forge strong business relationships fast
* Comfortable engaging with a variety of people
* Focused and driven

* Applicants should have at least 2 years of office-based or business experience, ideally in a sales or recruitment setting. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, particularly those with experience in fast-paced retail environments, such as mobile phone shops, where handling contract paperwork is a key part of the role

About Us: Datasource is a leader in IT and Technical recruitment. We specialise in supplying some of the most prestigious and respected Defence, Government and Technical companies. Core working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with 1-2 late shifts (10:00 am to 7:00 pm) scheduled on a rota basis.
Salary: Competitive salary, with the potential for growth up to £25,000pa. Fixed-term contract options (6, 9, or 12 months) available.
