Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organised, and welcoming. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
1. Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
2. Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
3. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
4. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
5. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-maintained.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
7. Arrive at various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
2. Ability to communicate fluently in English is required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
3. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any queries professionally.
4. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations.

Additional Details:
