What the Job Involves This role involves managing a team of professionals within the Children and Families Hub, focusing on supporting children and families in need. You will oversee a caseload of complex cases, liaising with a range of stakeholders including NHS trusts, schools, and voluntary sector providers. Your responsibilities include supervising junior staff, chairing multidisciplinary meetings, and making decisions regarding care plans and budgetary allocations. You will also deputize for the Group Manager and contribute to the overall development and quality assurance of the team.
