A quick look at the role
As a Service Coordinator, you will be required to liaise with Drivers daily to ensure collections and deliveries are carried out on time and to a high standard. You will be the main point of contact for our customers and must communicate effectively through email and telephone. The role comes with a bonus potential of up to £2K per quarter.
Your core responsibilities
* Allocate and schedule jobs to maximise operational and logistical performance.
* Process incoming customer queries.
* Answer incoming phone enquiries.
* Handle customer complaints in an effective and professional manner, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
* Set-up new services and customers, ensuring that all information is set-up accurately in the database, including the pricing.
* Work closely with the Transport Team each day.
* Work with the finance team to resolve customer queries.
* Assist with stock control.
Our essential requirements
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Proficient with all Microsoft applications including advanced Excel
* Experience of working in Operations.
