Job Description As a Marketing Director, you will play a crucial leadership role in driving Together’s future growth by defining industry centric marketing strategie;, developing thought leadership content and driving an increased focus on relationship marketing and the next phase of brand development. As a Marketing Director, we are looking for someone to: Provide leadership across a talented, multidisciplinary marketing function, driving a high performance culture through a people first approach of collaboration, curiosity and innovation Own the ‘go-to-market’ process, collaborating with teams across the organisation to deliver industry defining brand campaigns, building long-term brand value Drive an increased focus on relationship marketing amplifying customer retention and satisfaction as part of the next phase of Together’s brand development Drive performance across all marketing channels, including channels that exist outside of marketing’s direct control, providing training, guidance and support to all colleagues in the organisation that will deliver growth for the business Own the marketing budget ensuring effective alignment to, and delivery of, the Group’s strategic priorities
