Parts Advisor / Warehouse Person – Camborne
A new opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor/Warehouse Person to join our team at our Adams Morey site in Camborne.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure stock is put away tidy in the correct location.
2. Find bin locations for new stocking items and entering that location onto keyloop.
3. Registering and handling dirty units ready for return to Paccar.
4. Process new unit returns to Paccar.
5. Process the return of empty pallets to Paccar.
6. Process warranty returns to Paccar in conjunction with warranty administrator.
7. Daily perpetual stock checking.
8. Electronic receipting in stock in keyloop and booking out back orders to customers.
9. Picking parts orders and putting these on the delivery shelves.
10. To comply with health and safety regulations and fire policy, reporting any hazards to management.
11. Ensure that clothing and safety wear provided is worn correctly and is of the highest standards at all times.
12. Phone cover for holiday, lunch and busy periods.
13. Parts delivery driver cover for holidays and sickness.
14. General stores housekeeping.
15. Any other store related tasks.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
2. Ability to work well under pressure.
3. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
4. Knowledge of key loop.
5. Previous experience in a warehouse environment would be advantageous.
HOURS OF WORK:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday Mornings 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on a 3-week rota basis, i.e. 40 hours per week.
