We are looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join their team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to their valued business clients.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for B2B clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support and assistance. This role requires a strong sense of accountability, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for building long-term relationships with customers. You will be responsible for managing client queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business clients
* Take full ownership of customer inquiries and ensure timely and effective resolutions
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive improvement
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed
* Support the sales and account management teams by providing key customer insights
About You:
* Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a B2B environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
* Ability to take ownership and accountability for customer issues
* A proactive and solutions-oriented approach
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
* Experience using CRM systems and other customer service tools is an advantage
