St Anne’s RC Voluntary Academy has recently joined the Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust, making this an exciting time for the school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a suitably qualified RE Teacher who can teach RE to KS4. St Anne’s achieved a ‘good’ Ofsted judgment [June 2023] for the first time in our history, a result of strong, positive leadership committed to serving this community.
A Subject Leader is in place who is dedicated to ensuring that the students at St Anne’s receive first-class RE and gain strong qualifications. You will support the Subject Leader in raising standards of student attainment and achievement within the RE curriculum area. This year, St Anne’s RE results are in line with national averages and above in the diocese.
We are a fully comprehensive school, and the successful candidate will engage, inspire, and challenge students across the full range of ability. The candidate must be driven by ensuring that students receive an outstanding education reflected in excellent pupil outcomes. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience working alongside a successful RE department.
