The Role: As an EYFS SEND Teacher, you will: Teach and Inspire: Lead a small class of young children with Autism using creative, engaging, and individualized teaching strategies. Plan and Deliver: Create lesson plans tailored to each child's Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). Foster Growth: Cultivate an engaging and nurturing learning environment that promotes social interaction and personal development. Leverage Creativity: Incorporate Music, Drama, and the Arts into your teaching to captivate and motivate your learners. Candidate Requirements: We are looking for a teacher who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEND, particularly Autism. Possesses strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs, with a talent for adapting teaching strategies. Brings a creative and dynamic approach to teaching, inspiring a love for learning. Excels in maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment while effectively managing behaviour.
