Quantity Surveyor – Brickwork Sub-Contractor Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 (Dependant on Experience) Location: Potters Bar About the Company: Our client is a well-respected Brickwork Contractor based in Hertfordshire, with over 25 years’ industry experience, working on variety of schemes across both residential and commercial sectors. This company is quality focused and works predominately on repeat business, where they’ve notably built strong relationships with a wide range of clients including the UK’s biggest Main Contractors and House Builders, undertaking packages ranging from £1m to £10m. Notably they have outstanding processes in place and boast a low staff retention rate. They already have a full order book for the next 12months and are in advanced discussions with clients on schemes starting in 2026 construction schemes. About the Role: A fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their fast paced commercial team. You’ll be initially working underneath the Commercial Director and after bedding in to the business you’ll be accountable for your own projects. My Client is open to candidates from other sectors as full support and training will be provided.
