Event Coordination: Organising team meetings, producing, collating, and distributing documentation, and assisting with team social events, training sessions, and workshops.
Team Support: Acting as the central point of contact for the team, ensuring effective communication both internally and with external stakeholders. You'll help manage IT requests and provide updates and information to the team.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Supporting recruitment efforts, processing vetting and onboarding requirements, and assisting new starters with joining information and IT setups.
Data Management: Maintaining and updating team trackers, including absence and team directories, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Reporting & Analysis: Working closely with team leaders to track and report on key performance metrics, offering insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience:
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in office administration, with a strong ability to organise, multi-task, and prioritise effectively.
Experience using Office 365 and managing administrative tasks in a corporate environment.
Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
A proactive approach to work, taking initiative when needed, but also being a strong team player.
