Job summary We are looking to recruit a new Reception Supervisor to be part of our large reception team of 16. The role of a supervisor is to be the first point of contact for patients contacting the surgery and to support the reception team in the day to day running of the reception function. The supervisor will deal with escalated issue, more complex enquires and will also be the point of contact between the clinical and reception team. The supervisor must present a caring, welcoming, and professional demeanour at all times. You will be supported in this role by the Lead Supervisor and Operations Manager. Working pattern: 37.5hrs per week over 4 days made up of: 3 x 8am-6.30pm, 1 x 8am-4pm, 1 x day off each week You will expected to work across all three of our sites. Main duties of the job You will be professional and efficient and be able to work under pressure at all times, welcoming patients and visitors to the practice in a friendly and professional manner.
