Job Title: Practice Manager
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the efficient management of our private GP clinics in Surrey and Berkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinics, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational efficiency.
* Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
* Ensure regulatory compliance, including maintaining CQC standards.
* Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to continuously improve service offerings.
* Manage clinic financials, including budgeting and invoicing.
* Assist with marketing initiatives and the strategic growth of the membership model.
* Ensure all IT systems, including Semble practice management, are effectively used to streamline operations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in healthcare administration, including managing a private GP surgery or medical practice.
* Strong track record of maintaining CQC and compliance regulations in a healthcare setting.
* Demonstrated ability to manage staff, patient care, and operational efficiency.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with patients, staff, and healthcare stakeholders.
* IT proficient, with experience using the Semble practice management system.
* Must have the right to work in the UK (unable to offer sponsorship).
