Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Northolt, West London
Salary: £65K + Car / Car Allowance
The Role:
1. Responsible for managing electrical projects with M&E value up to £5 million.
2. Conduct site surveys and liaise with clients, ensuring project specifications are met.
3. Oversee day-to-day project delivery, ensuring adherence to client requirements, safety, quality, and supplier performance.
4. Supervise and direct overall project activities, including planning, coordinating, and resolving issues.
5. Manage project financials, including procurement, costings, and budget analysis.
6. Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and necessary documentation for project execution.
7. Brief installation personnel and manage their activities on-site.
8. Resolve installation and access issues promptly.
9. Attend internal progress meetings and ensure project timelines are adhered to.
10. Complete and submit as-installed documentation upon project completion.

The Ideal Candidate:
1. Significant experience in project supervision and management within the electrical/building services industry.
2. Strong organizational skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3. Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective liaison with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
5. Experience in health and safety management, alongside knowledge of industry standards and compliance.
