Key Responsibilities:
* Adopt a composed and optimistic demeanor, encouraging wholesome interactions with colleagues, parents, and children.
* Organise and conduct stimulating activities in collaboration with the EYFS Framework.
* Update the ongoing program to ensure children are challenged and able to progress.
* Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children at all times.
* Supervise the efficient operation of the room and ensure excellent amenities.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to take a new one.
* Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years' setting.
* Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
