Example: HACCP, Knowledge of Nutrition & Dietetics, Management of aggression, Infection control Ability to follow instructions, policies and procedures Good Interpersonal skills Ability to work alone or part of a team Competence in completion of documentation Understanding and use of Information Technology Cash handling/ reconciliation Contract type Permanent Part Time 34.75 hours Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata. Location and Working Pattern This role will be based in Catering within University Hospital Monklands The working pattern for this role has various shift patterns: early start 7am, latest finish 8pm to cover Monday -Sunday (predominately Monday - Friday) & holiday cover.
