Brand Account Manager
This is a unique opportunity to join Amelia Knight Ltd, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of private label beauty products, and more recently, the creators of viral skincare and colour cosmetic brands. Explosive growth across several global markets means that we are now on the search for an ambitious and skilled Account Manager to join our rapidly growing, and experienced sales team – a role that is set to evolve quickly, and present numerous opportunities to grow and develop.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial, the focus of this role will be maximising growth across our existing customer base, as well as delivering on opportunities for additional revenue and new business within set international territories. You will have experience as an account manager/sales manager in FMCG, with experience selling branded goods across multiple sales channels. Experience outside of the UK is favorable, particularly within EMEA territories. You will be familiar with building out joint business marketing proposals and utilizing your knowledge and experience to pull together plans that are comprehensive and cost effective.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage your customer base, prospective leads, buyers, and other industry contacts – maintaining strong relationships.
- Competitor Analysis – closely monitor competitor activity and industry trends in your respective market, to capitalise on growth opportunities.
- New market explorations – continually research new markets and potential customers to ensure our brand and products are well represented.
- Pricing strategy – work with SLT to set out pricing and margins that align with our profitability expectations.
- Regular contact with retail partners and key accounts to review sales progress and advise on necessary strategy amendments moving forward.
- Coordinating samples for sending out to each account at key launch times
- Regular meetings with your accounts to discuss partnership marketing opportunities, and how these can be worked into your annual framework.
- Utilise our D2C Trade and Marketing Strategy to evaluate and submit account specific promotions and proposals
- Liaise with the brand management team to ensure that partnership marketing plans are built and executed in line with brand guidelines.
- Inventory Management - Utilise sales figures and performance updates to build out stock holding and sales forecasts with the Brand Supply Chain Manager.
- Logistics oversight – working with logistics to ensure lead times are adhered to, and all customer requirements/expectations are met.
- Provide Data Analysis of EPOS Sales data and other ad hoc analysis as required.
About you:
- Proven experience as mentioned above.
- A strong understanding of the retail landscape across UK and EU
- Able to build and maintain strong commercial relationships.
- Comfortable negotiating contractual terms with suppliers and customers
- Experienced with analysing data and presenting findings to senior team.
- Passionate about brand growth and business development.
