Secretarial Support Administration Assistant - US Law Firm - Excellent Salary & Benefits, plus hybrid working and FREE BREAKFAST & LUNCH (when in the office) This role will provide admin and secretarial support to the Secretarial Services management team, and others to efficiently support the departmental needs. Main duties: Monitor morning absence calls and emails, and ensure any secretarial absence is communicated and assign alternate cover for same-day sickness absence, notifying attorneys/teams accordingly Coordinate secretarial holiday and personal time requests, ensuring cover is available, and arrange when needed Work with HR to source secretarial buddies for new joiners Schedule meetings and assist with planning and coordinating department meetings and events Use Firm software (MS Office, including Excel & PowerPoint, DMS, PeopleSoft etc.) Monitor and maintain legal secretary attendance and overtime records Monitor, coordinate, and maintain secretarial services intranet site and materials Other general duties and projects as required If this is role piques your interest, please contact me NOW for more information
