Overview: Our client are looking for a confident Finance Administrator to join their growing team based at their Tamworth office. You will be collaborating with various internal teams such as sales, marketing and customer services. Key Responsibilities as a Finance Administrator: Manage customer reporting by uploading monthly sales data to customer portals and generating sales performance reports. Handle customer account setup and maintenance, including onboarding new accounts and updating pricing information. Process customer rebates by preparing credit notes for approval and distributing rebate summaries to the sales team. Oversee fleet administration, including managing traffic fines, recording vehicle mileage, and coordinating routine vehicle checks. Prepare and process supplier invoices and employee expense claims for managerial approval. Support the finance team with a variety of general administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations. Essential Requirements as a Finance Administrator: Previous experience in a similar position is essential. Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems would be advantageous. Competent with Excel; good working knowledge of basic formulas. Experience using PowerBI would also be advantageous. Strong communication skills, a good team player and excellent attention to detail.
