Your Role
Responsibilities
Communications Strategy:
* Lead the development of external and internal communication strategies
* Oversee content creation for various communication channels, including digital, print, social media, and PR
* Manage public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and mitigate any potential crises
* Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders
Marketing & Campaign Management:
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive engagement and brand recognition
* Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including newsletters, blog posts, and press releases
* Analyse campaign performance and optimize for better results
Stakeholder And Internal Communications:
* Serve as a liaison for brand-related inquiries and communications with stakeholders and team members
* Foster strong relationships with senior leadership to ensure alignment with company values and mission
* Coordinate internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged with brand initiatives
Monitoring & Reporting:
* Track brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
* Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of market developments
* Prepare regular reports on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and media coverage
Your Skills & Experience:
* Degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within professional services (desirable, but not essential)
* Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies
* Graphic design or content creation experience
* Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and media relations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and drive results
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software
