Job Description
Your role as a HR Coordinator is to provide efficient and effective HR project support to the HR Operations Specialist and the wider HR team. This role supports the execution of all projects owned by HR Operations and encourages adherence to company policies, processes, and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Supporting the HR Operations Specialist with tasks related to the document migration (Kainos) and ServiceNow implementation project.
2. Preparing and issuing all communications to internal stakeholders regarding project updates.
3. Assisting the HR Operations Specialist with the creation of training materials, manuals, and training sessions for educating all lines of business (LOBs).
4. Supporting the HR Operations Specialist with ad hoc project activities.
5. Managing your own inbox and project-related queries in the HR inbox.
This role is a fixed term contract ending on 31st December 2025.
Qualifications
You will demonstrate the following:
1. Extensive HR administrative experience, preferably in retail.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, ZenDesk or an equivalent HRIS.
3. Experience utilizing a ticketing/shared services system is desirable.
4. Awareness of HR processes, systems, and tools.
5. Knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law and regulations.
6. Experience communicating and liaising with all levels of management, both remotely and in-person, in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment.
7. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
