Now we are looking for a Project Manager to act as a liaison between the Customer Success team and other departments. What You Will Be Doing: Update the team with information and changes from different departments. Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to enhance efficiency. Oversee the task tracking system to ensure all team tasks are documented and progress is monitored. Take the lead in notifying customers about new features, updates, and important information. Develop and implement strategies for proactive customer engagement. Carry out tasks assigned by department leaders. About You: Advanced English. Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Project Manager in crypto, fintech, payments spheres. Basic understanding of KYC will be a big plus. Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel. Strong analytical skills and proactive approach.
