Job Title: Fabricator/Welder and Production Engineer

Job Description:
They are seeking a highly motivated Fabricator/Welder and Production Engineer to meet the growing demand of their services. You will receive training on their CNC machines and will be involved in manufacturing thousands of parts annually.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate, build, and MIG-weld parts to a high standard within client timeframes.
Prepare products for painting to ensure a high-quality finish.
Assist with manual and CNC machining of parts and programming CNC machinery (training provided).
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a fabricator/welder or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with metal fabrication processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations; sheet metal experience is preferred.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication, including finishing processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience or interest in CAD (preferably 3D) is a bonus.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
