Description
Are you a highly organised multitasker with a knack for administration? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?
We're looking for a dynamic Estates Administrator to help keep our Estates & Services Department running like clockwork.
About the Role
As part of the admin team, you'll be aiding the smooth day-to-day operations by maintaining records, managing enquiries, and supporting key administrative functions. This will range from handling maintenance schedules, vehicle fleet monitoring and maintenance management to coordinating meetings and processing financial documents. You'll play a crucial role in helping keep everything on track.
Your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will help build strong relationships with colleagues, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
As part of your responsibilities, you will also be involved in the coordination and monitoring of our vehicle fleet, ensuring that maintenance schedules are adhered to, compliance requirements are met, and records are accurately maintained. Your ability to manage logistical tasks efficiently will be key in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Grade 4 - £26,338 - £28,381 per annum
