We are seeking a Registered Manager tohead up and establish a new branch in Dartford on a full-time basis.The branch already benefits from having its CQC registration so services can commence immediately. Salary Competitive Full-time. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and any other hours which may be required. On call when rostered paid separately in addition. Key Duties & Responsibilities Togain CQC Registration To establish and grow the new branch Toprovide leadership to the administration and care staff To carry out, and provide leadership in marketing the service and selling its services at the agreed prices To maintain the operations of the service at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Provider Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service Assist with the recruitment of staff Induct new starters in accordance with the services policy Lead, motivate and direct staff Conduct staff supervisionsand annual staff appraisals Develop staff to their full potential ensuring succession planning for the service Ensure team working is embedded in the service Ensure accurate and legible records are kept Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and the services requirements for all reportable areas within the service provision Required Skills NVQ Level 5 Health & Social Care Previous experience of working in similar environments Knowledge of leading a team / working ina managementcapacity Experience of working with service users who have additionaland complexsupport needs Microsoft Office proficient Ability to learn new IT systems Excellent attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Excellent communication skills The highest standards of work Reliable with an excellent work ethic Respect the individuality and confidentiality of the staff and service users Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check Strong team player Good standard of spoken and written English If you share our values and are seeking a rewarding job with excellent rates of pay and career progression, then dont hesitate, apply to joinMaplewood Independent Living today ADZN1_UKTJ
