Grade 7a Salary Range £39,347 - £45,585 Grade 8 Salary Range £46,974 - £56,021 (Incremental progression) The Opportunity This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious academic to join Keele’s School of Computer Science and Mathematics as a Lecturer. The School offers a successful range of BSc, Integrated Masters and MSc programmes in Computer Science, Data Science and Mathematics, including various specialisms at BSc and MSc level. The Computer Science unit of the School performs internationally leading research in Artificial Intelligence, Human Centred Computing, Future Systems, and Theoretical Computer Science. These areas are complemented by Mathematics research, including Applied and Computational Mathematics, Pure Mathematics, and Statistics. We welcome applications from talented and enthusiastic individuals who can enhance existing research strengths in Computer Science in the School of Computer Science and Mathematics and are passionate about delivering excellent teaching and student support. The ideal candidate will have an established track record in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or Data Science, and the ability to collaborate with current members of the School in their areas of expertise. However, we will also consider other applicants who can complement our existing portfolio in Computer Science and have an outstanding research profile.
