Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with our clients and ensuring their dreams and visions for their business's marketing strategies come to fruition. There will be a wide range of tasks, including assisting client campaigns, ensuring projects stay on schedule, overseeing brand managers and office staff, and providing administrative support. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our clients' marketing campaigns and overall brand strategies.
Responsibilities
1. Team Management
- Allocate financial and human resources, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Keep ESC team projects on track and within budget and time restraints.
- Responsible for addressing staff issues and conflicts in a way to maintain high productivity, motivation, and good morale.
- Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing team members and to ensure that the client deliverables are being met effectively and efficiently.
- Assign tasks, oversee projects, and facilitate collaboration among team members.
- Monitor key advertising campaign performance metrics, gather insights, and assess the success of marketing efforts before presenting to CEO and Client.
- Schedule and lead team meetings, aligning everyone on client’s campaign goals and progress.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with brand managers to understand project requirements and updates.
2. Client Management
- Ensure goals and vision of client is addressed and on-topic during strategy meetings.
- Devise effective strategies for client marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for resolving urgent client issues, ensuring swift and effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction and project momentum.
3. Administrative Support
- Prepares KPIs and reporting for the CEO to review and provides operational suggestions for improvements in client services delivery.
- Ensure projects and tasks are correctly billed.
- Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.
- Maintain accurate client records, files, and databases for easy access and reference.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence to facilitate effective information exchange.
- Handle supplies, equipment, and logistical aspects to ensure a smooth-running workplace.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay: Bonus pay, Overtime pay
